This 15-day small group tour provides an escape for your soul from the hustle and bustle and takes you to visit Lhasa, Gyamtse, Shigatse, Tingri, Rongbuk, Mount Everest Base Camp, Saga, Darchen, Dirpuk, Zutulpuk, Manasarovar, and Payang.Day 1: Arriving Lhasa
Upon arrival at the airport, take a free airport shuttle ride to Dekang Hotel (or simila). The airport shuttle service is available between 12:30pm and 3:30pm. Enjoy rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 2: Lhasa and its Suburbs (B, D)
Attractions for today: Drepung Monastery or Drak Yerpa, and Sera Monastery.

Day 3: Lhasa (B)
Today, you will visit Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street.
Overnight: Dekang Hotel or similar
Day 4: Gyantse (B)
Drive to Gyantse in the morning to visit Yamdrok Lake, Karola Glacier, and Pelkor Chöde Monastery.
Overnight: Gyantse Yeti Hotel or similar
Day 5: Shigatse (B)
After arriving in Shigatse, visit Tashilunpo Monastery, also know as the Heap of Glory, located at the foot of Drolmari, Shigatse.
Overnight: Manasarovar Shigatse or similar
Day 6: Mt. Everest Region (B)
Enjoy majestic views and spend approximately 10 to 12 hours at the region. You will arrive at Rongbu Monastery in late afternoon.
Overnight: Tent camp
Day 7: Mt. Everest Base Camp
Today, visit Mt. Everest Base Camp and Peikutso Lake. Mt. Everest Base Camp is the furthest point that vehicles have access to. Take a shuttle bus for the last glorious 2.5 miles (4 km) with incredibly scenery. Later, head to Peikutso Lake.

Day 8: Darchen
Visit Darchen, previously an important sheep herding stop for nomads and their flocks.

Day 9: Dirapuk (B)
Today, head out to Dira-puk (Lhalung Dira) Monastery and soak up more cultural atmosphere.

Day 10: Mt. Kailash Kora
Hiking on Mt. Kailash Kora.

Day 11: Darchen
You will visit Lake Manasarovar, a freshwater lake on the mostly saline lake-studded Tibetan Plateau.

Day 12: Saga
Relax and enjoy riding back from Darchen to Saga.

Day 13: Shigatse
Continue your ride back to Shigatse and stop along the way for photo opportunities.

Visit a Tibetan incense workshop in Nyemo.
