Day 2 - Istanbul Old City
After breakfast, you'll enjoy a fully guided tour of the only city to span two continents, visiting the Blue Mosque, St Sophia Museum Museum, Topkapi Palace and the Hippodrome. Day 3 - Gallipoli Battlefields
Depart for the Gallipoli Peninsula early morning and tour the place where the Anzac legend was born. Highlights will include the original trenches and tunnels, Anzac Cove, Lone Pine and Chunuk Bair Memorials, Johnston's Jolly and The Nek. Short ferry ride across the Dardanelles. Day 4 - Troy
Today, visit the archaeological ruins of Troy and enjoy a BBQ lunch. As soon as you're able, cross the Dardanelles to the Gallipoli Peninsula and head straight to the Dawn Service area to secure the best spot possible. (B,L)
Day 5 - Anzac Day at Gallipoli
At first light you'll commemorate our fallen forefathers during the moving Anzac Day Dawn Service. You will also have the chance to attend the Australian or New Zealand Memorial Service before the drive to your hotel for some well-deserved rest. Overnight Assos (D)
Day 6 - Pergamum
Today, head south to the resort town of Kusadasi. On the way, enjoy a guided tour of the magnificent acropolis of the ancient city of Pergamum. Overnight Kuşadası, Suhan 360 (B,D)
Day 7 - Ephesus, Sirince
Absorb yourself in history today. Visit Temple of Artemis and a guided tour of the ancient city and stadium of Ephesus. Carpet weaving has long traditions in Turkey. Day 9 - Silk Road, Konya, Cappadocia
