Day 1
We'll start to explore Bucharest. We'll discover The Old City, Stavropoleos Church, Village Museum, Palace of the Parliament, the second biggest building in the world after Pentagon and other sights. OVERNIGHT IN BUCHAREST.
Day 2 (B)
After breakfast, we'll depart to Sibiu Medieval Town in Transylvania. Visit Sibiu: Large Square, Small Square,Council Tower, Lutheran Church, Catholic Church, Orthodox Cathedral, Bridge of Lies etc. OVERNIGHT IN SIBIU.
Day 3 (B)
First Unesco World Heritage Sight is Sarmisegetuza Regia, the Capital of Dacia, well hidden in the mountains. Dacians are our ancestors from 2000 years ago. After visiting Sarmisegetusa Regia, we'll drive to Corvin Castle, one of the most impressive medieval castles from Europe. In the evening, we'll reach Alba Iulia Citadel.OVERNIGHT IN ALBA IULIA.
Day 4 (B)
Today we'll start towards superb area of Maramures. On the way, stop for Turda Salt Mine. Before reaching our accommodation base in Breb Village, visit 2 Wooden Churches from Unesco World Heritage: Desesti and Budesti. OVERNIGHT IN BREB.
Day 5 (B)
We'll start early in the morning for a beautiful ride with Mocanita Steam Train. On our way back to Breb Village, we'll visit Barsana and Ieud Wooden Churches from Unesco World Heritage. OVERNIGHT IN BREB VILLAGE.
Day 6 (B)
Today, we'll move forward to Bucovina and we'll visit few Painted Monasteries: Moldovita, Sucevita, Humor and Voronet, all registered in UNESCO World Heritage. In the evening we will reach Gura Humorului, a lovely place, where we will accommodate. OVERNIGHT IN GURA HUMORULUI.
Day 7 (B)
We leave behind Bucovina and head to Transylvania once more. Stop in Sighisoara Citadel – Unesco World Heritage. Close to Sighisoara is Biertan Fortified Church, also included in Unesco World Heritage. OVERNIGHT IN SIGHISOARA.
Day 8 (B)
Another sight included in Unesco World Heritage is in Viscri Saxon Village. The Fortified Church there stands from more than 700 years. After visiting Viscri, we'll go to Brasov Medieval Town. Visit and accommodation.OVERNIGHT IN BRASOV.
Day 9 (B)
In the morning, we'll visit Bran Castle, famous because of Dracula Legend. From Brasov, we'll go straight to Tulcea City where we'll arrive in the afternoon. Enjoy Danube River in Tulcea with a nice walk. OVERNIGHT IN TULCEA.
Day 10 (B, L)
After breakfast, we'll take a Boat Ride in the Danube Delta, the only natural sight from Romania included in Unesco Word Heritage. Narrow channels, wildlife, birds, animals, remote villages and a traditional meal based on fresh fish in one of the Delta villages. At 5 PM we'll go back for Bucharest and arrive in the Capital around 9 PM. OVERNIGHT IN BUCHAREST.
Day 11 (B)
Transfer you at the Airport.
